Genie Academy Graduate Receives Prestigious Presidential Award for Educational Excellence

Dara G, a graduate of the Genie Academy Abacus program, was presented with the prestigious President's Award for Educational Excellence, thanks to her outstanding academic excellence at Arbor Intermediate School. To receive the President's Award for Educational Excellence, students must maintain a high overall GPA, score well on state tests and/or receive a recommendation from a teacher.

This prestigious award commemorates Dara's hard work and dedication, both at school and at Genie Academy. Dara has been coming to Genie Academy since she was just 6 years old. Her Abacus teacher, Ms. Meghan, couldn't be prouder of the academic growth Dara has shown throughout the years. "Dara was such a pleasure to have in class! She always worked hard and used the abacus to solve a variety of problems. Watching her grow through the years was amazing!"

In addition to the coveted President's Award, Dara was also presented with a certificate for Academic Excellence in both Language Arts, and Mathematics!
